Golden Sparrow Events is a dedicated wedding and event planning house based in Amritsar. We plan and deliver celebrations with one accountable team — we are not a public vendor marketplace.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to request a quote or confirm a booking.
- You agree to provide accurate event details (date, city, guest count, and requirements).
3. Quotes & Bookings
- Website prices, if shown, are starting guides and may change after a site visit or detailed brief.
- A celebration is confirmed only when both sides accept the written plan and any required deposit is received.
- Changes to date, venue, guest count, or scope may change the fee.
4. Our Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the services included in your confirmed quote.
- Keep you informed of material changes to timeline, vendors, or budget.
- Provide on-ground coordination for the functions we have been engaged to manage.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Share decisions and approvals in time for production.
- Make deposits and balances as agreed in writing.
- Treat our team, guests, and venue staff respectfully.
6. Third-Party Venues & Artists
When we book a venue, caterer, photographer, or artist on your behalf, their house rules still apply. We coordinate; we cannot override a venue’s legal or safety policies.
7. Intellectual Property
Website design, branding, photographs, and original planning materials belong to Golden Sparrow Events or their licensors. Event photographs created for you are shared as agreed in your photography package.
8. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Sparrow Events is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from weather, venue restrictions, third-party performance, or events outside reasonable control. Our liability is limited to fees paid to us for the affected service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Amritsar, Punjab shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
